The Institute of Biological Engineering 2012 Western Regional Conference (IBE West) is hosted by:

 

·       Department of Biological Engineering, Utah State University (USU)

·       Utah State University IBE Student Chapter

 

The conference will be held October 26^th, 2012 at Utah State University, Logan, Utah.

 

Undergraduate and Graduate Students are invited to participate and will gain valuable experience presenting their research at this professional conference and to share their work with others. 

Professor Stephen Mayfield from the University of California-San Diego will be the Keynote Speaker. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.  

 

Students participating in the podium and poster presentations will be eligible for cash prizes for first, second, and third place in each category.  Students interested in participating in this year's conference are invited to submit an abstract describing their research projects, maximum 400 words.

 

Abstract must contain the following information:

·       Poster or Podium Presentation

·       Title and all Authors

·       Abstract (maximum 400 words)
